Cancellation Policies

 

Registration (includes Workshops)

You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing Fee March 5 - July 19, 2012
50% of your registration fee will be held. July 20 - July 30, 2012
No refunds will be processed. After July 30, 2012

Housing

If your room is not cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled date of arrival,
your credit card will be charged for one night room and tax as a penalty.
After August 29, 2012

Optional

Guest Registrations Fees for Guest Registrations are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Registration name badges are not transferable onsite.
