Meeting Venue Information

Scientific sessions, poster sessions, exhibits, and registration will take place at Moscone North and South (Convention Center). The address for the convention center is 747 Howard Street  San Francisco, California 94103

Workshops, scheduled on Saturday, September 8, will be held at the Moscone North and South (Convention Center). 

Security Measures

The United States security measures at airports and seaports designed to protect the safety of U.S. citizens and international visitors. The U. S. Department of Homeland Security promises that these new measures will be quick and efficient, requiring no more than seconds in most cases. On-Site Registration

Group coordinators who elect to register their group on-site must visit the Group Registration Desk located in Moscone North (Convention Center) during regular attendee registration hours. Experient will set a time for group coordinators to return and pick up registration materials. Complete attendee contact and demographic information along with the completed Group Request form (Coming Soon) will be required.

IMPORTANT: Groups registering on-site at ICAAC will be required to pay the $10 per room/per night subsidy at time of registration for any hotel room booked at a non-official hotel.
