Group Meeting Materials

All registrants will receive the Final Program Book, Abstracts CD, and Exhibit Guide as part of the registration fee. These documents will be distributed on-site.

On-Site Pick-Up

As an added service to groups, registration for Group Coordinators to pickup all registration materials (name badges, Final Program Books, Abstracts CD, Exhibit Guides, etc.) will begin Friday, September 7. On-site group pickup provides the opportunity for Group Coordinators to register additional attendees, make name changes, make badge corrections, and the opportunity to avoid long lines during registration hours. This service is by advance appointment only. ICAAC Group Coordinator will contact you to schedule an appointment. Failure to appear at your appointed time will mean waiting in line during regular on-site registration hours.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to arrive by taxi for On-Site Pick-Up you MUST notify ICAAC Group Registration and Housing in advance so special arrangements can be made to accommodate taxi access to the pick up area.
