Abstracts on CD-ROM
Provides user with the most convenient way to search the ICAAC Meeting abstracts.
Advertiser Benefits:
- Drive traffic to your booth. Attendees are given a voucher in the registration bag and directed to redeem at supporter’s booth.
- Supporter to receive corporate recognition on the CD packaging

Aisle Signs
Prominently displayed throughout the Exhibit Hall, the Aisle Signs hang above the exhibit floor.
Advertising Benefits:
- Aisle signs will include supporter’s booth number to drive booth traffic. Each supporter will receive four aisle signs
Advertising Fee: $25,000 (Available to three companies)
Lanyards
Provided to every attendee at registration the lanyards ensure the participating advertiser maximum visibility with meeting attendees.

- Product/corporate logo on holder offering exposure to all the ICAAC attendees

ExpoCards
Provided to each attendee, the ExpoCard is an electronic business card to be used throughout the meeting. This card provides priceless demographic information about the attendee. Used for multiple activities throughout the convention center, access to messages at E-Central, and allows the attendee to request information while on the exhibit floor.

- Product/corporate logo printed on the front of the card
Advertising Fee: $15,000
Event App and E-Central
This opportunity is diverse offering the supporter the most visibility possible at the annual meeting. The package includes the App, which provides attendees on-the-go information at their fingertips and and E-Central where every attendee will have to come during the meeting.
The App provides real-time information on schedules, room changes, sessions, social media, exhibitor listings, and interactive maps. The App will be compatible for iPhone, iPad, Android, and hybrid Blackberry smart phone users.
E-Central provides the only location where attendees retrieve messages, locate sessions, create a meeting itinerary, receive e-mails, and generate CE statement of credit.
Advertising Benefits:
- The supporter will receive a rotating banner and a full page landing page on the Dashboard of the App, corporate ID on the opening splash page, corporate watermark on the daily planning pages, booth highlight on the map, opportunity to attach downloads, corporate recognition on all printed promotional materials in print and electronic, and more
- At E-Central, corporate/product logo to be displayed prominently on each monitor’s main screen and on the banners at each location (Exhibit Hall and main lobby)

Registration Bags
The registration bags are distributed to all 8,000 attendees. The bags will contain all meeting materials including, the Final Program and Meeting & Exhibit Guide.

- Product/corporate logo printed on one side of the bag and one insert within the bag

Meeting & Exhibit Guide
The guide is a comprehensive planner offering important and the most up-to-date information to attendees. This publication will be inserted into the Registration Bags and will include: News surrounding the meeting, updates schedules, schedule-at-glance information, exhibitor listing/descriptions, exhibit and convention center maps, city and entertainment options, and satellite and product theatre information.
