Friday, March 16 Exhibit Application and Contract and non-refundable deposit due (in order to be assigned by priority points)
Friday, April 27 Booth reduction deadline to receive a full refund for the cancelled booth space.
Friday, June 8 Balance due on exhibit space. Contracts executed after this date will require full payment.
Friday, June 8 Exhibitor cancellation deadline for a refund of 50% of the booth space cost. 
The remaining 50% will be applied to ICAAC 2013, no refunds will be given after this date.
Friday, June 8 Booth reduction deadline to lose 50% of cancelled booth space, after this deadline date no refund.
Friday, June 22 Submission deadline to host a satellite symposium.
Friday, July 13 Notification of Intent to use and Exhibitor-Designated Contractor (EDC).
Friday, July 13 Final date to request space for Affiliated and Educational Events and Business Suites (except Satellite Symposia)
Friday, August 3 Deadline for original insurance certificate from EDC to be submitted.
Friday, August 3 Deadline for exhibitors to submit a request for early access to the Exhibit Hall.
Friday, August 10 Exhibitor staff badge group pickup deadline.
Monday, July 13 Final deadline to obtain approval for photography and videotaping, survey, and questionnaires.
Friday, August 31 No show notification deadline, must notify ASM that you will not be able to exhibit.
September 7-8 Exhibit Installation (installation must be completed by Saturday, September 8, at 5:00 p.m.)
September 9-11 Exhibit Hall Open
September 11-12 Exhibit Hall closes at 5:00 p.m. on September 11, and dismantlement begins
(dismantlement must be complete by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2012)
