Workshop Location

Workshops at the ICAAC 2012 will be held on Saturday, September 8 at the Moscone North and South (Convention Center).

Continuing Education

ASM designates full-day workshops for 7 hours of (AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™) and half day workshops for 3.5 hours of (AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™). Credit may be claimed through the ASM CE Portal during and after the meeting. For further details on Continuing Education and claiming your credit, please visit the ASM CE Portal.

Registration

Registration for the workshops is separate from ICAAC and available online and onsite. A minimum of 20 attendees is required to hold a workshop. If the minimum is not met, ASM reserves the right to cancel a workshop.

 The workshop registration fee includes:

• Continuing education processing fee
• Lunch (for full-day workshops only)
• Workshop materials

Online
To register for a workshop online, enter the appropriate workshop code on the registration form. The codes (52-XX) are listed with the workshop descriptions. The workshop registration fee is not included in the ICAAC registration fee.

On-site
Individuals who did not register for a workshop before the online registration deadline may register onsite if the workshop has not reached capacity. Onsite registrants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and the workshop rate will increase by $50. Workshops frequently sell out prior to the meeting, therefore, onsite registration will NOT be available for sessions that reach capacity. ASM will publish updates on closed workshops on the ICAAC website.

Cancellation Policy

• Mar. 5 - July 19: You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• July 20-July 30: 50% of your registration fee will be held.
• After July 30: No refunds will be processed.
