If your Exhibit Application and Contract has been on file with ASM Headquarters for a minimum of seven (7) business days, and you have received your official email letter with your password from our registration and housing vendor, Experient Inc., you will be able to book your hotel rooms and reserve exhibit staff badges for your staff. If you are an exhibitor that needs 9 rooms or less on peak night and/or only want to enter your staff names for badges, Click Here.
You will receive 5 complimentary Exhibitor badges per 100 square feet. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $100 per badge. Each company will receive 1 complimentary Attendee badge.

Your request will then be sent to ICAAC 2012 Registration & Housing and be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Once your block is built you will be contacted by email with further information on how to proceed with your registration and block housing request. Please make sure to include at least five hotel choices, as your first choice could no longer be available.
