Group Dates and Deadlines

Registration 

March 5, 2012	Group Registration Opens
July 19, 2012	Names due for all Registration/Housing
	Deadline to cancel with refund minus $50 processing fee.  No refunds processed after this date.
August 17, 2012	Deadline to provide complete registration information for all registrants.
August 23, 2012	Deadline to make name-badge changes without $100 fee.
	Registration deadline
August 24, 2012	Cancellation: A refund of the difference between member and nonmember rates will be issued after this date.
September 7, 2012	Group Coordinators can begin pickup of registration materials. (Name Badges, Registration Bags, Final Program Books, Abstracts CD's, Meeting and Exhibit Guides, etc.)

 

Housing 

June 15, 2012	Housing cancellations after this date will result in a $500 cancellation fee.
July 19, 2012	Names due for all Registration/Housing.
August 17, 2012	Deadline for $10 USD/room night subsidy (for rooms booked directly with hotel).
August 23, 2012	Housing deadline; last day to make hotel changes through Experient, based on availability.
