The online application system is LIVE!

Exhibiting companies and allied societies needing space for meetings or events are invited to hold their gatherings during the 50th ICAAC in San Francisco, CA.

ASM encourages all interested parties to read the Activity Plannerirst, to determine their event type and review all relevant instructions, guidelines, and required documentation. Please note that permission to hold meetings is limited to exhibiting companies and allied societies.

The Activity Planner contains information on:

Allowable dates and times for each activity (Activity Schedule-At-A-Glance)
Venues and meeting spaces

Activity marketing opportunities
Deadlines

If you are interested in holding an event, you must complete the appropriate online application. Select your event type below to proceed to the online application system. Please note: some event applications will require supporting documentation and program information, as stated in the Activity Planner . This documentation must be uploaded with the application at the time of submission.
